As many of you are aware, our guild has a cap on the number of members we can have. However, there are many gamers in our community who are already in a guild they love, but still want to be a part of our community. To solve this issue, we have created public cross-faction communities for Keys, Raiding, and PvP.
The problem is that currently, there is no way to set it up so that any member can invite others to join these communities. To address this, we need to vet some gamers within the community and assign them to the leader rank, so that they can invite others to join these communities.
We can approach this by:
- Assign current officers to be leaders in these communities. This will ensure that the leaders are already familiar with the guild and its policies. This approach doesn't need to be as strict, God Gamers or even MVG rank could fit in well for this task. We just need to scout them out and onboard them on what to do.
Please share your thoughts on which approach we should take. We want to make sure that the leaders in these communities are responsible, trustworthy, and will help to grow the communities.
